Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the plan renewing; your store stays available for the remainder of the term you have already paid for.

Refunds

Plans are sold for a fixed term and are generally non-refundable once the store has been created, because the service is provided from that moment.

If something has gone wrong — the store was never created, or the service did not work as described and we could not put it right — contact us and we will review it. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method.

How long a refund takes

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show it on your statement; that part is outside our control.
